Textunnel provides an ephemeral, peer-to-peer (P2P) data transmission service allowing users to transfer files, photos, videos, clipboard text, and links between web browsers over local Wi-Fi networks or direct WebRTC connections.
Textunnel is provided strictly for lawful personal and commercial data synchronization. You agree not to use the service to transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent material.
Strict Prohibition on Copyright Infringement: You may not use Textunnel to transfer copyrighted software, pirated media, unauthorized intellectual property, or any content that violates applicable intellectual property laws. Because Textunnel is a direct P2P pipeline, we do not host, catalog, or index user data; users remain solely responsible for the legal compliance of the files they transmit.
Textunnel is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% stable connections, as peer-to-peer performance depends upon user network routers, NAT types, and browser environments.
In no event shall Textunnel, its maintainers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this service.
